Welcome to the Faulkner Automotive Group! Our dealerships have been family-owned and operated since 1932, when the organization was founded by Henry Faulkner, Sr. Today, Faulkner is run by the third and fourth generations of management, and family is just as important as it's always been. Each of our employees and customers is a valued member of the Faulkner family.
We have 25 dealerships in the organization, and we carry 19 different vehicle brands. The Faulkner Organization takes pride in customer and employee satisfaction, as well as maintaining high standards of ethical behavior. We remain committed to growing the business and continuing our reputation as an industry leader, and we are looking to recruit and retain employees who exemplify our company culture. Our Benefits
Faulkner provides top-tier, affordable group health insurance coverage for our employees who work an average of 30 hours per week or more. Our health insurance plan is consistently ranked by the National Automotive Dealership Association among the top 25% of all automotive dealerships in the mid-Atlantic region. It provides the type of medical coverage, with low deductible rates, that we feel is needed to protect our employees and their families from catastrophic losses due to illness or injury. In addition to medial benefits, full-time Faulkner employees and family members are eligible for dental, vision and prescription benefits, as well as free life insurance policy.
We provide additional, voluntary insurance including: life insurance, disability insurance, cancer and accident insurance for our full time employees who request it. All employees qualify for an employee discount on vehicle purchases, automotive service and collision repair. Finally, all full-time employees qualify for paid holidays and paid vacation time.
Faulkner sponsors a self-funded group medical plan. Capital Blue Cross provides Faulkner employees with a Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) where Machine Readable Files, also known as MRFs, for the plan will be posted publicly and updated. This link has been added to both our public-facing company website and our intranet per the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA).
Community Outreach
Inside our dealerships, our employees create community by working together to provide the best service to our customers; however, the Faulkner Community doesn't stop there! The dedication of our associates and the Faulkner Family Foundation extends beyond our dealerships and into the neighborhoods and cities we serve.
The Faulkner Family Foundation is a charitable trust set up by Gail Faulkner in the early 2000's. The intent was for the Faulkner children to carry on their family's philanthropic spirit by continuing to support charities close to their hearts. While the foundation contributes to many different causes, it has been most active in helping to fight cancer, and they have been a key contributor to the Abington Health Foundation. "It is so important for our family to be able to give something back to our community."
In addition, Faulkner has made major contributions to Soldier Strong, the American Red Cross, the Auto Dealers CARing for Kids Association, and many other worthy causes. This year, Faulkner employees are actively raising money for the Children's hospital of Pennsylvania as well as Four Diamonds in Hershey.

PROFESSIONAL GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES - 94.2% of Faulkner's General Managers began working in one of Faulkner's dealerships as sales consultants, service or body shop technicians, or accounting professionals.
